    I used the subscription for the first year Initially charged November 21, 2017. In 2018 I was charged for the renewal and contacted support. I was told that the renewal would be refunded and that my membership would be cancelled. I did receive the refund. I was not charged in 2019. I just received an email stating that my payment was declined. According to my billing statements. I have been charged for 2020, 2021, and 2022. Please help.

    I had the automatic subscription renewal problem so I requested a refund.
    At first, Lecturio declined my request, at some point they sent me a gift code which was for using the application 1 more year after this mistakenly initiated subscription ends.

    anyway, after sending-recieving several e-mails, Lecturio accepted to refund.

    The time passed between automatic renewal and refund was nearly 1 month (29.11.2022 - 20.12.2022). I wish it would be easier and quicker than this, but thanks...

    Lecturio send me an email to charge me for not paying due to an automatic renwal issue , I haven't used lecturio since Feb 2022 and now I have to pay around 120$ , can you help me please!

    Hello, I have the same issue. My credit card was just charged with the auto-subscription but I do need this account at the moment as I have already taken my exam. I wasn't even sent any prior notifications that the amount shall be debited today, which is so unlike any other apps. I was not aware of the auto-renewal, and although Lecturio series has helped me immensely I simply do not need this anymore as I have already taken my exam. I need to cancel this, and how would I be able to get my money back? Please help. Thank you.

    Hello Lecturio Team, I had an issue regarding the 7 day trial in the app store. I was billed $119.99 eventhough I chose the 7 day trial. Is there any possibility of a refund?. Your help would be appreciated.

    I was just charged for another year subscription and was unaware that my previous subscription was about to be renewed. I am in need of an urgent refund as I do not intend on using your services for another year, a courtesy email would have been very considerate on your part with a reminder stating that a renewal was coming up-a suggestion I’ve seen made to you since many years ago by several other users yet has not been implemented.

    I have already emailed the support team twice and I eagerly await your response and assistance with this matter.

    Cancelé mi tarjeta hace un mes, el pago de la membresia lecturio se renovó pero obviamente no se pagó y olvidé cancelar la suscripción pero ya no quiero seguir siendo miembro de lecturio ¿podrían ayudarme?
