I tried to cancel my monthly membership 1 year ago but now i see a transaction of $639(which is ridiculous) that was cancelled due to insufficient funds.
I stopped using the service since September 2017 but apparently there was some automatic renewal system which was set at the time.
I wish to delete my account please.

Hi, my card was stolen for the past 6 months. Lecturio blocked me from using it for the past 6 months. Now I just renewed my credit card details but they charged me the fees for the past 6 months which I was blocked. Why they charged me when I didn’t even utilise it?
I renewed my credit card info in lecturio so that I could continue subscription from now on.

I emailed your support team about an issue I had today while renewing my 1-month subscription plan.
I was previously ( 1 year ago) subscribed, for 2 months. Then I deactivated the plan. And changed my initial visa to an inactive one to make sure no money would be charged. Today I wished to renew the same plan, and instead of the usual amount (39.9$) it charged me with 490-something! Can you please check my email as soon as possible for a refund?
I looked into the policy of the refund and it is said that you have the right to refuse the refund if I use the services excessively (?), I wish to keep using the same monthly plan so I assume no trouble if I use the content provided, but wish for a refund on the extra that was charged.
