- Log in to your account and click on your profile located in the top right of our website
- Select "Plans & Billing"
- Click on "Manage subscription"
- Then, choose "Cancel subscription"
- Provide the reason for cancellation when prompted, and click on "Confirm Cancellation"
You will receive an automatic email confirming the cancellation of your membership. Please ensure that you receive this email as a confirmation that the cancellation has been successful.
Upon returning to the “Plans & Billing” section, you will notice that the subscription is now marked as “Canceled,” and you will be able to view the expiration date of your access. If you would like to undo this cancellation, click on "Manage subscription" again and "Remove scheduled cancellation" or on "Reactivate":

Membership Purchased via App Store:
If you purchased our Medical Membership through our Medical app, you made the payment directly via Apple Store or Google Play. To deactivate renewals, you must do so directly through Apple Store/the Google Play Store. For further guidance on managing your subscription through Apple Store, click here. Dear to whom it may concern,
I would like to address my concern in regards to your support team, I am currently a medical student and a couple of months ago (beginning of the previous year) i thought it was a very good idea to subscribe to your videos for a 3 month period to help me with my exams. After 3 months I renewed the service but when the 3months where over I cancelled the subscription.
I am emphasising that I really loved the videos and that the subscription was worth it however, a couple of days ago I realised that you still charge me for no reason from the 5th of July. I am a student and I value honesty when it comes to charging, as every student I am on a tight budget and you charging me an extra 270 euros is a lot.
So I can be clear from May due to several health problems I had I stopped going to the university and took a gap year so it is not possible for me to have logged to the account and reactivating it as I had other issues that where not university related to catch up.
I am sorry but after several attempts to communicate with the support team I have not even yet talked to anyone about my problem so please I would like for someone to help me and made refund me at least the last transaction as Ive talked for several hours with my bank and the only way to solve things is to talk with lecture support team. I would please like to refund me if possible.

I am on 3 month subscription with name Shaheen Sheikh and my subscription is ending on 6 March 2019 and I want to end my subscription but it doesn't allow me to. I remember when I subscribed it said you can deactivate automatic renewal anytime. Kindly help me on this regard and help me deactivate it. Med School in general is quite stressful and last thing we want is automatic renewals to disturb our peace of mind, I hope you can do something about this for future subscribers as well.

As mentioned in this same Help Article and in the purchase confirmation email you received, you can deactivate the automatic renewal option by no later than 5 days prior renewal date by logging in and accessing your personal account area.
I have now replied to your email and can also confirm that your subscription will not renew on March 6.

My subscription was renewed automatically INV202003-tjrrWt is my invoice number. It was done without my knowledge as my automatic subscription was activated inspite of me deactivating the subscription previously. And 15,588 rupees has been debited. I cannot afford this. I am trying to deactivate my automatic renewal, however, I have less than 5 days to my renewal. I did not know about the 5 day rule and I do not want to continue because I cannot afford it. I have sent an inquiry to the support team about this. Please may you assist in cancelling.
May I also recommend that, as people subscribe to a plan on Lecturio, you notify users about deactivation policies before hand so we are aware.

Hi,
As I understand, the access to all premium features does not end by doing this, so we can continue using them until the last day of our already paid suscription.
However, the text on the second screen is a bit misleading. When it says "but you won't get these features", it does not make clear whether that will happen from that moment on, or after the end of the paid suscription. So, it would be nice if the text showed the actual end date. Something like "but, from {suscription-end-date}, you won't get these features".
So now I'm still afraid of following these instructions and ending up with non-premium access, while I just paid for 4 years.
