How can I deactivate the automatic renewal?

    Hello...i want to cancel my subscription. Its only 2 days left till the automatic subscription renewal and it still says that i cant deactivate my account before 5 days...please help..i have already emailed the customer care.

    Dear to whom it may concern, 

    I would like to address my concern in regards to your support team, I am currently a medical student and a couple of months ago (beginning of the previous year) i thought it was a very good idea to subscribe to your videos for a 3 month period to help me with my exams. After 3 months I renewed the service but when the 3months where over I cancelled the subscription. 

    I am emphasising that I really loved the videos and that the subscription was worth it however, a couple of days ago I realised that you still charge me for no reason from the 5th of July. I am a student and I value honesty when it comes to charging, as every student I am on a tight budget and you charging me an extra 270 euros is a lot. 

    So I can be clear from May due to several health problems I had I stopped going to the university and took a gap year so it is not possible for me to have logged to the account and reactivating it as I had other issues that where not university related to catch up. 

    I am sorry but after several attempts to communicate with the support team I have not even yet talked to anyone about my problem so please I would like for someone to help me and made refund me at least the last transaction as Ive talked for several hours with my bank and the only way to solve things is to talk with lecture support team. I would please like to refund me if possible.
