Log in to your account and click on your profile located in the top right of our website

Select "Plans & Billing"

Click on "Manage subscription"

Then, choose "Cancel subscription"

Provide the reason for cancellation when prompted, and click on "Confirm Cancellation"
You will receive an automatic email confirming the cancellation of your membership. Please ensure that you receive this email as a confirmation that the cancellation has been successful.
Upon returning to the “Plans & Billing” section, you will notice that the subscription is now marked as “Canceled,” and you will be able to view the expiration date of your premium access. If you would like to undo this cancelation, click on "Manage subscription" again and "Remove scheduled cancellation" or on "Reactivate":
Please take note of our Refund/Cancellation policy, we don't offer refunds for any recurring plans.
Membership Purchased via App Store:
If you purchased our Medical Membership through our Medical app, you made the payment directly via Apple Store or Google Play. To deactivate renewals, you must do so directly through Apple Store/the Google Play Store. For further guidance on managing your subscription through Apple Store, click here. When deactivating the automatic renewal of your Premium membership, what you do is prevent it from automatically renewing on the next renewal date. Until that day, you will have access to all Premium content and features. We apologize for the confusion and thank you for your suggestion.

I have no idea that there will be an automatic renewal of subscription until I received the email stating the account renewal, and I was immediately charged $299.88. Right after I received the email, I deactivated the account renewal. I wish a refund and I don't want to use this app anymore. This is my invoice number INV202008-ttYojj.

Similar to everyone's concern mentioned above, I did not give my consent to Lecturio to auto debit money using my stored Credit Cards details for another year of subscription which I don't need.
Please note the following details:
Invoice number: INV202010-zAAWrY
Date of issue: 31.10.2020
I mailed you the moment I recieved this mail and I'm writing my predicament here as well.
I forgot when my 1 year plan was to expire and Lecturio didn't mail me even once regarding the expiry date. It didn't ask me whether I want to renew my subscription. And it sure didn't ask my permission to auto debit from my stored Credit Card details.
I find this to be extremely unprofessional of you. I used all the videos in April 2020 and frankly only opened the app once in a while after that. I couldn't have possibly known that my subscription was to end without a reminder. Lecturio wasn't corteous enough to mail me about the sub end.
This is my fervent plea, to please revoke this automatic, unsolicited payment and issue me a refund as quickly as possible or at least give me some assurance that I'll gey my money back. I feel guilty that I referred Lecturio to all my juniors and everyone bought from the sale, even this year and right now from the sale again. I had call everyone to go to their settings and deny the 'Auto Renewal' option in the settings.

Hello,I was not aware of the rule regarding deactivation of autorenewal atleast 5 days prior to end of subscription.As I'm financially unstable now, I do not want my subscription to continue and I do not want my account to be autorenewed. I have already sent an inquiry to the support team( reference no. 283539).Please do not autorenew my account.Only 4 days more for next billing and your help is much awaited and appreciated.

Thank you for reaching out. Our users are informed of this at several points during the payment process and in the confirmation email after the purchase as well. It also explains that the deactivation of the renewal option has to take place by no later than 5 days before the current term ends.

I have emailed 5 times about canceling my annual subscription. Also, I have used the contact form many times. I have included a screenshot of what I see when I try to cancel. I am signed up for the nursing plan but every time I click on anything in the help section it takes me to medical. I had to create a brand new login just to contact you guys. This is extremely cumbersome to have multiple accounts just to cancel.
I am doing all of this well, well in advance of the 5days. Today is Oct 11th and the renewal is Oct 25th. And I started emailing you guys last Monday the 3rd of October.
I thought Lectruio was awesome at first and then I realized you only cover about 10% of nursing school. And the videos you import from the medical school section to the nursing school section mention concepts not learned in nursing school.
Anyway just cancel my account. Thanks!
