The renewal option can be deactivated anytime before the renewal charge takes place. Find here how to deactivate the option.
If you do not see this option, please check your “Premium & Bills” section. If you see a past due notification, you have an unpaid invoice. In order to regain access, please update your payment option. If you have a question or need help, please leave us a message here.
If you purchased your premium membership plan on your App Store or Google Play account, please remember that you can only cancel it there as well.

I do not have the option to deactivate the renewal and was just charged again. I have already sent an email and a WhatsApp message. I would like a full refund, and to remove the payment method from my account.
