You can easily change your payment information by logging in to Lecturio.com and accessing your Account Settings:
- Go to your "Plans & Billing"
- Click on "Change Payment Method"
- Update your payment information and click on "Save Now":
- Your new payment information is now saved. It applies to all future Lecturio charges.
Memberships purchased in-app:
If you purchased our medical membership from within our medicine app, you paid directly on iTunes or the Google Play Store. All changes in your payment information must be carried out within iTunes/the Play Store. Hello,
I got my invoice today, and I totally forgot to end the subscription before the payment. I want to end the subscription, and get my money back please. I don't have enough money. Can someone please help me with this. I have also emailed support@lecturio.com about my situation.
