If you log in and still cannot watch videos although you have purchased a membership, please follow these steps:

Make sure you are logging in with the email address you had used when purchasing your membership, please check this in your account settings.

Make sure you are using the correct website. If you have purchased a Nursing membership, please log in here and if you have purchased a Medical membership, please log in here.

Please make sure that the payment went through and that your payment information are up to date. You can check this in your account settings under "Plans & Billing"
If you are still facing issues, please contact us explaining the issue and share screenshots of your profile in your account settings, what you see when you try to watch videos and a screenshot of your Plans & Billing section.
