You want to delete your account at Lecturio? Even though we are very sorry to hear that, it is something very easy to do:
In order to delete your Lecturio account, just send an e-mail with the subject line "Delete Lecturio account" and your user information (login email address and first and last name) to support@lecturio.com. Alternatively, you can also click the "Support" button on the bottom right of our website in order to contact our team.
If you are on your Lecturio Medical Education app on your iOS mobile device, just:
- Open the settings
- Go to "Manage Account"
- Tap on "Delete Account"
Please note that you will lose access to the content you have purchased if you delete your account. If you have any open payments, your account will only be removed after all debts have been paid.
If you want to help us improve, please briefly tell us what made you decide to delete your account.

Hi Lecturio team,
I have left many emails. I am rather disappointed in your services. You have to understand that your customers are your source of income and but having absurd renewal policies on a not so reputated learning platform, you cut short on good publicity.
I have been trying to cancel my autorenewal and also i have been trying to delete my account for the last 48 hrs and due to the lack of response, I decided to leave emails and comments.
