How to Delete Your Lecturio Account
We are sorry to see you go! If you have decided to delete your account, the process is simple. You can choose one of the following methods:
1. Via Email or Support Button
Send an email with the subject line "Delete Lecturio account" to support@lecturio.com. Please include your login email address and your full name. Alternatively, you can click the "Support" button at the bottom right of our website to contact our team.
2. Via the iOS or Android App
If you are using the Lecturio Medical Education app on an iOS or Android device:
Open the Settings.
Go to "Manage Account".
Tap on "Delete Account".
Important Information Before You Delete
Access to Content: Please note that deleting your account will result in the immediate loss of access to all purchased content.
Outstanding Payments: If there are any unpaid invoices, your account will remain active until all balances are settled. In this case, we will contact you via email with further information and next steps.
Data Privacy & Retention: Once your request is processed, your personal data will be deleted or anonymized, unless we are required to retain certain information for legal or compliance purposes (e.g., for tax or accounting reasons). For detailed information on our data handling, please refer to Section 14 of our Data Privacy Statement.
Processing Time: Please allow up to 7 business days for our team to fully process your deletion request.
Help us improve: If you have a moment, please let us know why you decided to leave. We value your feedback and use it to improve our service for all students.

Also they use that money to do something else with y'all talkin unfairly and unjustly and I'm well. Money that wasn't through you or were supposed to be given a y'all I need that money back ASAP album 40oz to ever I can report you to you are not doing good business if you don't have a return policy to return people's money to them I need that money was supposed to pay other bills with by you idiot

Hi Lecturio team,
I have left many emails. I am rather disappointed in your services. You have to understand that your customers are your source of income and but having absurd renewal policies on a not so reputated learning platform, you cut short on good publicity.
I have been trying to cancel my autorenewal and also i have been trying to delete my account for the last 48 hrs and due to the lack of response, I decided to leave emails and comments.
