    Also they use that money to do something else with y'all talkin unfairly and unjustly and I'm well. Money that wasn't through you or were supposed to be given a y'all I need that money back ASAP album 40oz to ever I can report you to you are not doing good business if you don't have a return policy to return people's money to them I need that money was supposed to pay other bills with by you idiot

    Dear Lecturio team

    I joined lecturio in 2020 and i didnt realize that the account was set to auto-renewal. I was charged last year and again today for the year 2021-22 without my knowledge.
    Surprisingly, no email was sent prior to the auto deduction date both last year and today. 
    I have not used lecturio in the past 1 year. It is really bad as the amount is huge. Can you please cancel my subscription this year and kindly refund my money.

    Hi Lecturio team. I enjoyed my 1st premium access here but i didnt wish for a renewal. However, auto-renewal already credited my account. I would very much appreciate if you can assist me for a refund as soon as possible. Thanks.

    Hi Lecturio team,

    I have left many emails. I am rather disappointed in your services. You have to understand that your customers are your source of income and but having absurd renewal policies on a not so reputated learning platform, you cut short on good publicity.

    I have been trying to cancel my autorenewal and also i have been trying to delete my account for the last 48 hrs and due to the lack of response, I decided to leave emails and comments. 

    Kindly look into this matter. Thanks.
