There are several reasons why the option to deactivate your renewal might not be visible in your account. Generally, you can deactivate the renewal at any time before the next charge occurs. If you cannot see this option, please check the following scenarios:
1. Unpaid Invoices (Past Due)
If your "Plans & Billing" section shows a "Past Due" notification, it means there is an outstanding payment. In this case, the system prevents cancellation until the account is settled.
Solution: Please update your payment information to resolve the invoice. Once the payment is processed, the deactivation option will reappear.
2. Subscription via App Store or Google Play
If you purchased your premium membership through Apple or Google, your billing is managed by their respective platforms, not by Lecturio directly. Therefore, the "Cancel" button will not appear in your Lecturio web settings.
Solution: You must manage or cancel your subscription directly within your App Store or Google Play account settings.
