A video is not working on my Lecturio Medicine App—what can I do?

If you are having problems viewing your video lectures on your Lecturio Medicine App, please first always make sure that you are using the latest app version. Sometimes it helps to uninstall and re-install the app again. If the problem persists, please do get in touch with us by using the feedback function on your app or simply by emailing us at [e-mail].

Please don't forget to tell us:

1. The e-mail address you use at Lecturio.
2. What device you are using.
3. Exactly what the problem is (for example, videos don't load or load too slowly, lectures unavailable, etc.).
4. If the issue concerns all or just certain lectures.
5. Please be as specific as possible.
