We are committed to providing high-quality education that helps learners achieve their academic and professional goals. In collaboration with the DGHS (German University for Health & Sports), we now offer the opportunity to earn ECTS credits for specific courses. Below, you will find all the important information on how this process works.
What are ECTS Credits?
The European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS) is a standardized system used across European universities to measure academic workload. ECTS credits help students transfer their coursework between institutions and contribute to their degree programs.
How can I earn ECTS Credits with Lecturio?
To receive ECTS credits through Lecturio, follow these steps:
- Enroll in an eligible course – Only specific courses qualify for ECTS credits. Check our website: https://www.lecturio.com/accredited-course/
- Complete the course requirements – You must work through the course materials, including video lessons, quizzes, and required assignments, within the given timeframe.
- For a CAS (Certificate of Advanced Studies) or a DAS (Diploma of Advanced Studies) only: To ensure academic integrity, you must complete an identity check before receiving your certificate. We will verify your identity in a video call.
- Pass the required assessments – You will need to take and pass all required tests associated with the course.
- Receive your certificate – After successfully completing the course (and for CAS and DAS, the identity check), you will receive an official certificate, which includes the earned ECTS credits.
