    Good Morning,

    I was charged for a 1 year membership for $224.88 automatically, and I did not approve of this transaction. I contacted your company 8 days ago, and I have only received automated robotic messages. This is a very hard time for my family, and I cannot afford this subscription. I have been waiting for a refund as you promise a 10-day money back guarantee, but I have not heard a single word in response from a human-being. Yet, your company was able to dispute my claim with Paypal. This is extremely shady and unprofessional, and I would love if someone were able to respond to my email the same way you were able to respond to Paypal. Thank you.

    I wanted to get the 50% discount Dr offer today 

    I had a previous subscription for 2017 -2018  which was no longer active

    after chatting with an agent I was told that I should update my payment details for the 50% discount offer 

    i was charged for the years 2018 -2019 - years that i did not use lecturio

    i would want a refund of my money

    Hello Alexander, I mistakenly changed my subscription from the 1 month to the 3 moths plan, knowing that I paid for the upcoming month just 4 days ago, now with changing the plan I have a subscription until August, so did the money that I paid for the 1 month plan before changing to the 3 months plan is wasted or what? Or is it included in the 3 months plan? Can you pls let me know ASAP

    Please remember that your upgrade is not effective immediately, but on the date of the next premium membership renewal. This means that on the day that your old monthly plan was set to renew, your new 3-month plan will begin and you will charged for that.

    Hello I was charged $1279.68 today and I did not use Lecturio since 2017. I updated my card information today today to try to use Lecturio Step 2 services but for some reason I was charged automatically today for $1279.68. Can you please refund my debit card please because that is all my funds.

    I was charged £1199.70 on May 20th. I have not used lecturio since 2017 and have not even been on the website till this charge showed on my statement. I do not know why it was suddenly renewed when I have not even used the site for three years. Please can you refund this money, I am unemployed and cannot afford to have this amount of money taken from my account.

    Please help me.

    I was charged more than $570 including international fees and I am not subscriber anymore!

    I unsubscribed through iTunes long time a go and help desk only told me to contact apple but I don't have history of purchasing through Apple ID! I think something wrong with your system. I haven't charged from you long time but now I am charged and so confusing!

    I need complete refund asap because I lost job and that's all I have!

    Dear Alexandra,

    On June 30th 2020, I was charged for 52.48 for the lecturio premium account renewal. I did not expect that lecturio would do an AUTOMATIC renewal WITHOUT any notification before. I don't know that lecturio will charged automatically and I do not accept this transaction. I need the money for something more essential, as we know the pandemic has affected many of us in many ways including me. So i hope you can help me to do a refund for the money. I read that you have a 100% money back guarantee if the account holder wanted to stop the subscription in the first 10 days. I have emailed support@lecturio.com three times and haven't received any real reply except from the automatic robot.

    Please help.

    Please Help!!

    On 02 July 2020 I was charged £719.64 I have not accessed this account since I deactivated it in April 2018. I was not aware I would be charged this amount and I;m not sure how my account reactivated. Please kindly will a refund be made as soon as possible. As a self-funding medical student in a pandemic this is not money that I can dispose of without dire consequences.
