How can I deactivate the automatic renewal?

    Hello...i want to cancel my subscription. Its only 2 days left till the automatic subscription renewal and it still says that i cant deactivate my account before 5 days...please help..i have already emailed the customer care.

    Dear to whom it may concern, 

    I would like to address my concern in regards to your support team, I am currently a medical student and a couple of months ago (beginning of the previous year) i thought it was a very good idea to subscribe to your videos for a 3 month period to help me with my exams. After 3 months I renewed the service but when the 3months where over I cancelled the subscription. 

    I am emphasising that I really loved the videos and that the subscription was worth it however, a couple of days ago I realised that you still charge me for no reason from the 5th of July. I am a student and I value honesty when it comes to charging, as every student I am on a tight budget and you charging me an extra 270 euros is a lot. 

    So I can be clear from May due to several health problems I had I stopped going to the university and took a gap year so it is not possible for me to have logged to the account and reactivating it as I had other issues that where not university related to catch up. 

    I am sorry but after several attempts to communicate with the support team I have not even yet talked to anyone about my problem so please I would like for someone to help me and made refund me at least the last transaction as Ive talked for several hours with my bank and the only way to solve things is to talk with lecture support team. I would please like to refund me if possible.

    Hello,

    I am on 3 month subscription with name Shaheen Sheikh and my subscription is ending on 6 March 2019 and I want to end my subscription but it doesn't allow me to. I remember when I subscribed it said you can deactivate automatic renewal anytime. Kindly help me on this regard and help me deactivate it. Med School in general is quite stressful and last thing we want is automatic renewals to disturb our peace of mind, I hope you can do something about this for future subscribers as well.

    Hello,

    As mentioned in this same Help Article and in the purchase confirmation email you received, you can deactivate the automatic renewal option by no later than 5 days prior renewal date by logging in and accessing your personal account area.

    I have now replied to your email and can also confirm that your subscription will not renew on March 6.

    Hello, I want to cancel my subscription but I couldn't 
    I already canceled my subscription since  27 June 2019.
    However, you still charge me for no reason from the 27 September 2019. 
     
    I don't want to reactivate my subscription any more so please to help me and made refund me or help me to deactivate my subscription

    I am ACHYUT KANUNGO.
    My subscription was renewed automatically INV202003-tjrrWt is my invoice number. It was done without my knowledge as my automatic subscription was activated inspite of me deactivating the subscription previously. And 15,588 rupees has been debited. I cannot afford this. And I have no intention to continue with Lecturio.
    Please Help Me Get My Refund immediately.

     

    I should have been messaged or called before Lecturio charged me this amount. I am not in a position to afford this subscription now. Please refund immediately.

    I'm informing this matter within 5 hours of the incident of being charged. Hence i expect i shall be refunded immediately

    I had no prior knowledge on 5 days rule. And today i tried to cancel like any other website before the cancelation date. I do not wish to contuniue in summer period.     I am trying to deactivate my automatic renewal, however, I have less than 5 days to my renewal. I did not know about the 5 day rule and I do not want to continue because I cannot afford it. I have sent an inquiry to the support team about this. Please may you assist in cancelling.

    May I also recommend that, as people subscribe to a plan on Lecturio, you notify users about deactivation policies before hand so we are aware.

    Hi,

    As I understand, the access to all premium features does not end by doing this, so we can continue using them until the last day of our already paid suscription.

    However, the text on the second screen is a bit misleading. When it says "but you won't get these features", it does not make clear whether that will happen from that moment on, or after the end of the paid suscription. So, it would be nice if the text showed the actual end date. Something like "but, from {suscription-end-date}, you won't get these features".

    So now I'm still afraid of following these instructions and ending up with non-premium access, while I just paid for 4 years.
