Lecturio enables you to request a full refund of your first purchase within 10 days of the purchase.
How does it work?
Just forward the email confirming your order to firstname.lastname@example.org and state that you wish to use our money-back guarantee. Please also attach the invoice that was originally attached to the confirmation mail. This way, we will receive all the necessary information to carry out the refund for you. Please always make sure to give us the email address which you used to register at Lecturio and complete the purchase.
Of course, we would very much appreciate it if you told us why you don’t want to continue with your premium membership. Your feedback will help us improve things for the future.

The Lecturio GmbH reserves the right to reject money back guarantees when there is reasonable evidence of abuse (e.g., in case of excessive use of money-back guarantees; or when the entire content is retrieved).

Please remember that Lecturio premium memberships purchased within our Lecturio Medicine app are exclusively managed and can only be refunded directly on iTunes. There you will be able to request a refund of your first purchase by reporting a problem.
