    I have sent a lot of messages to lecturio, asking for a refund and no one has gotten back to me
    Please I want a refund of my subscription money. And it’s not been up to 10 days yet.

    I'm trying to reach support :( i still got no help for my issue, i was trying to cancel renewal with 3 Days left but i got no anwser so i would like to have a refound at this new cycle i'm canceling renewal right away

    thank you for reaching out.

    As you are referring to the renewal of your membership, cancellation has to take place at least 5 days prior to the renewal which we already mention during the purchase process and in the purchase confirmation.

    We have received your email - as we are not working on the weekend, we could not answer during this time, but we will come back to you as soon as possible.
